I am delighted to be working in this newly renovated historic Cork pub. My responsibilities involve keeping the bar clean at all times while tending to each customer's specific need. I am also trusted with locking up at the end of service.

During my internship I have been involved in the request for proposals (RFP) for new customers who want Clearstream’s services as well as due diligence questionnaires (DDQ) for existing clients. An RFP is usually sent from a company who intends to become a client of CFS. It is a document containing questions about Clearstream and our services (E.g., Pricing proposal, Contractual arrangement). A DDQ is similar but is sent from an existing client asking questions about our organization and services (E.g., Cyber security, Compliance). Due to the fact Clearstream created a new bank specifically for funds (Clearstream Fund Centre Luxembourg), I was involved in the transfer of clients to the new entity. This involved answering questionnaires as well as finding standard documents for clients.

I was accountable for how the bar runs during service. I was also responsible for making a nightly running order alongside giving staff their breaks in a way that doesn't hinder us while we are working. I was also responsible for handle cash and cashing up the till at the end of the night and was trusted with locking all the doors in the venue at the end of the evening.

I was part of the team which oversees stock coming into the venue.- Liquor and Mineral Deliveries- Keg DeliveriesI made sure the correct amount of each product is properly put into the correct area of the stores.I was also accountable for the storeroom being in a respectable order.
