This was achieved by identifying new customers, understanding how to better serve existing customers, and investing in the most suitable equipment to make this happen.This role was highly autonomous. I was accountable for all aspects of the daily operations of the shop including staff management, quoting, purchasing, and customer relations. Also responsible for budget setting and the divisions P & L.It was during my employment with BLM that I studied part time to get a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies and a MBA to add to my understanding of business management principles.

Employed as a toolmaker / machinist. Main role was manufacturing tooling and setting up machinery to automate the manufacture of the companies high quality tapware.
