Throughout my career the one thing that has always engaged me the most is active problem solving and driving change throughout the business. Seeing others benefit in the change process is a real pleasure.Whilst my experience below is very much system oriented , in my role over the last 25+ years I have been an enabler of technology helping drive the business forward on many levels. That challenge often starts with a customer requirement but has also been changes in the demands of the business or the market to meet the needs of the business or clients alike.Many of the successful projects I have designed and delivered range from migrating core business systems to the cloud hosted solutions like Office 365 and Microsoft SharePoint through deploying our new 8x8 contact centre platform and Microsoft Teams telephony for the business at the end of 2022, to enable hot desking and flexible working for the business. Creating analysis using Microsoft Power BI to be able to get almost real-time dashboards of the current position be it from Live Projects through monitoring the SLA on service calls and hourly billing status on invoicing and SLA performance or First time fix statistics.The challenge of taking a project/problem and coming up with a solution is really the part that I have always enjoyed the most and never one to shy away from a challenge.I also really enjoy helping others achieve growth and knowledge and further their own careers.Recently I have also qualified as a L3 Workplace Adult Mental Health First Aider.
