Peter Kiesecker, founder of Pacific Kies Development has been hired or consulted with homebuilders, land development companies, large land-owners and private equity to manage all aspects of mixed-use properties. Currently consulting with a California oil company to create 4,000 home Mixed-Use, Sustainable, Net Zero Carbon Emissions Master Planned Community in Santa Barbara, California. Activities include feasibility analysis, site design, entitlements (including Specific Plan), infrastructure assessments, product programming, remediation and public bond financing. Mr. Kiesecker has also been hired to assume developer operational responsibilities for existing communities in California for a private equity firm. Successfully completed site development, club house construction, A&D financing, builder lot sales and the master marketing program. Previously worked with Trumark Homes in California to grow its Master Planned Community business. Directly responsible for all aspects of site development, club house construction, builder lot sales and master marketing for the Nationally recognized "Master Planned Community of the Year" - Wallis Ranch in Dublin California. Acquired two additional master planned communities through friendly foreclosure and other distressed channels. Prior to Trumark, was hired by Standard Pacific as Sr. Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions and Large Land Assets on national basis. During tenure at Standard Pacific, team completed 12 major land transactions representing $673 million peak investment value. Acquisitions and operations in five major U.S. markets representing more than 12,200 home sites and operations in California, Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina and Florida. Builder acquisition experience in sunbelt markets of California, Arizona, Nevada, Florida and North Carolina.
