Acquired two additional master planned communities through friendly foreclosure and other distressed channels. Prior to Trumark, was hired by Standard Pacific as Sr. Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions and Large Land Assets on national basis. During tenure at Standard Pacific, team completed 12 major land transactions representing $673 million peak investment value. Acquisitions and operations in five major U.S. markets representing more than 12,200 home sites and operations in California, Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina and Florida. Builder acquisition experience in sunbelt markets of California, Arizona, Nevada, Florida and North Carolina.
