1. Supporting Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs). Training participants on VSLAs formation for self directed savings and loans and reporting on VSLAs performance.2. Providing Mentoring to participant households to choose and run a business of their choice using methods outlined in the program guide for Mentoring. Making at least one visit to each participant household per month.3. Providing appropriate support, advice and linkages to participants households on their prioritized businesses.4. Connecting participants' businesses across the value chain by identifying relevant stakeholders, suppliers etc and creating sustainable commercial relationships between the parties.5. Helping participant households in producing credible business and marketing plans including how to balance positive cash flow and maintain accounts.

My responsibilities include,• Coordinating with user departments and making sure the right specifications for materials needed are provided on time.• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure correct and timely delivery of goods and services as ordered.• Proper documentation and maintenance of all supply documents including Requisitions, Quotations, LPOs, Invoices and delivery notes awaiting payments.• Inventory management, tracking of orders in and out of the Mombasa Plant, issuing and receiving of new stock, and making payments on the SAP SYSTEM• Managing the supplier database including data input using SAP system• Monitoring and analyzing supplier performance and present detailed reports on recommendation.• Formulating and executing safety policies in the work stations• Receiving and Labeling of stores items• Demarcation of stores zones for easy access and location of stored items• Managing of the store through stock control• Responsible for guiding other contracted personnel in the stores• Acting as the secretary in the departmental meetings• Liaising with suppliers on the user’s needs• Participated in annual stock count and tabulation of data

My responsibilities include,• Inventory management, tracking of orders in and out of the Mombasa Plant, issuing and receiving of new stock, and making payments on the SAP SYSTEM.• Following up on suppliers to ensure there are no delays and to pick up on problems in time• Participated in annual stock count and tabulation of data exercise• Participate in verification of all spares received to ensure Quality• Carrying out inventory counts which are key in inventory management and also inventory auditing.• Writing of safety observations and also conducting toolbox talks at the stores.• Consignment management and audits.• Writing monthly reports as required and directed by my supervisor
