Duties & Responsibilities• Network design, planning and Lay out.• Monitoring and Utilization of equipment for the project.• Coordination with operations and subcontractors for installation, test and acceptance plans, and the scheduling and monitoring of progress. • Maintains positive relationships with current and past clients. • Representing the company at meetings, presentations, and hearings relative to assigned projects. • Reviews plans, prepares or reviews technical specifications, contract documents, and estimates. • Assures that project team complies with the contract agreement as well as exercises rigid cost control to implement the approved design within established budget restraints. • Participating in project negations and budgeting• Wiring equipment and establishing connections, programming features remote access tools and integrations.• Providing site troubleshooting support through testing, identification and correction of issues.• Strategically planning networking installations according to customers’ orders technical specifications and manuals.• Assessing installation sites to determine best tools for projects and assembling the required equipment.• Designing and preparing site installation diagrams, ordering supplies and materials according to project specifications. Projects dealt with: LAN and Wan, Telephony, Fiber, Radio, Wi-Fi/WiMAX, ISDN, GSM, VSAT, Security systems etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:• Managing sales and technical operations.• Assigning schedules to technicians.• Ensuring that repair of equipment and spare parts are always available.• Diagnosing customer problems and educating them on proper use and maintenance of equipment. • Giving sales and technical solutions to clients• Advising sales department and manager of possible solutions for different clients• Managing and implementing installations on behalf of the company.• Giving after sales services to clients both technical and advisory.• Survey of sites and preparing bill of materials and quotations for clients• Training clients on basic operations and technical skills on equipment and systems usage.• Maintenance, repair and service of office equipment• Reporting to technical director on the state of client machines status and the possible solution to their problems.etcNetworks, Equipment and systems: LAN and WAN networks, Radio, fiber, GSM, VSAT, CCTV, Access control systems, Air conditioners, copiers, scanners, printers, switch routers, structured cabling etc.

GSM alarms, Tracking systems UHF and VHF communication radios.CCTV, GSM, access control, biometric, scanners & detectors, Electric fence, intercom, telephone, fiber network systems, electronic gates and barriers, power systems, structured cabling, networking etc.
