The Technology and Facilities Manger supervises all Facilities and Technology tasks for all The Hub LLC's properties and development of new properties. At the head of facilities department the Facilities Manager oversees all interior and exterior renovations and new center build outs ensuring each project is completed in a safe, satisfactory, and cost effective manner. This position also manages all facilities staff as well as all sub-contractors, designers, and architects. At the head of Technology the Technology manager is responsible for the management of the Technology department, (IT) information technology and (AV) audio video throughout the Hub properties.

Oversee facilities and project management within the three Philadelphia locations and develop new property in expansion beyond Philadelphia.
