This separation made more control over fixed assets and about 40% faster depreciation process time• Become cross-functional in all aspects of Finance team tasks so that it reduced costs of hiring temp staff for holidays and peak periods, saving in time and in money• Reduced escalation of issues coming from centres to a minimal 10% by providing excellent and timely responses to take ownership of issues• Removed cumbersome processes that were delaying the completing time for EOM processes and re-created the journal templates so that it can be used by any members of Finance team
