Peter has 30+ years of investment banking experience, with a specialization in utility and power sector finance. Peter is Executive Director of eiAdvocates LLC, an advisory practice that assists energy industry participants in developing and implementing innovative policies in support of energy infrastructure while aligning the collective interests of customers, society and investors.Peter’s experience includes capital markets advisory and strategic advisory services, including M&A and corporate finance advisory. Peter’s M&A experience includes all sectors of utilities and non-regulated power businesses. Throughout his career, Peter has been actively involved in outreach to regulators and policymakers; as an expert witness support in regulatory proceedings and forums, presenting at industry and regulatory conferences on financial issues impacting utilities and generators.Since 2014, Peter has been a Corporate Board member of three companies involved in the energy and utilities sectors. Board responsibilities include Chair of Audit, Special and People Committees'.In 2019, Peter become an adjunct instructor of finance in the MBA program at Hofstra University.
