I am part of the store management team at Metro Bank Ealing. This involves leading the store to provide the very highest levels of customer service. It also involves helping develop and grow Britain’s first new High Street bank in over 100 years.

I held a number of different positions during the graduate scheme at RBS. They ranged from management roles within RBS customer contact centres to branch management and customer service improvement roles with NatWest.
