Peter King, Vice President of the Beneficial Residuals Management business group, has spent the past 40 years establishing himself as an industry leader in the area of beneficial residuals management, including the past 25 years with Sustainable Resources Group, Inc., formerly ECOR-Solutions and, Land Resource Recycling Management, Inc. He has extensive expertise working with food and beverage processing residuals, water treatment sludges, biosolids and liquid process wastes. His operational experience includes municipal wastewater treatment, sludge dewatering operations, land application of liquid and dewatered residuals, composting, depackaging of food and beverage products, and transportation services. Peter has extensive permitting, operations and maintenance, and nutrient management expertise and has worked closely with farmers, food processors, municipal water and wastewater facilities and regulators throughout his career. He has worked in partnership with several global food and beverage companies throughout the U.S. to identify and implement beneficial reuse options for organics recycling, reduce operational costs, and achieve environmental and sustainability objectives. He has a B.S. in Agronomy from the Delaware Valley University in Doylestown, Pa., and is affiliated with a number of professional agricultural, organic recycling and food and beverage organizations.
