Delivering a one day behavioural safety session to clients within telecommunications, traffic management and the rail sector. The day is aimed at building high performing teams through creating an interdependent work culture, where safety is the absolute priority.

Main duties included but was not limited too:● Leading a team of operatives too give clear instruction so that safety, quality and production targets are met.●carry out regular risk assessments on woodworking machinery ranging from saws, edgebanders and cnc drills.●tool box talks regarding safety, quality, production.●accident and quality investigations to find root cause and prevent any reoccurrence●regular 5s tours around different areas of the business ●action any near miss logs within my area to prevent any potential accidents occurring●carry out disciplinary procedures due misconduct which breached company policy.
