I have been specialized on telecommunications enterprises and questions in the course of the liberalisation of the telecommunications markets. Among the clients there have been large fixed network carriers, cable TV-operators and mobile operators, as well as regulatory authorities. From a professional perspective my engagements predominantly concerned with economical questions in the financial and controlling area. I worked for three years as a revision assistant in the audit and tax department of Deloitte. The field of activity covered the audit of financial statements of numerous Austrian enterprises as well as international companies and the treatment of fiscal affairs. My clients covered thereby a broad spectrum of the producing industry (automobile industry, steel industry, ceramic industry, etc.), as well as the service industry (air traffic control, investment funds, investment banks, etc.). In this time I could extend my knowledge in the financial reporting area on a broad basis and got in the last year of my employment the solely responsibility of several audits of financial statements
