Role – Senior Recruitment Partner (FTC)October 2021 – PresentProviding proactive and innovative IT / Technology Acquisition and Sourcing Strategies for mid to senior level roles across all areas within Royal Mail technology and central functions that has resulted in exceeding targets ahead of year end - 0% agency engagement and involvement.Daily Duties: -Chairing, attending, and holding vacancy briefing calls with Hiring Managers up to board level.Guiding and advising Hiring teams on strategic and proactive recruitment strategiesProviding market intel on skills availability and market salary expectationsAdvising on advertising content and business/social media approach Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across the business building trust and an understanding that they have an effective and proactive recruiting partner.Creating and maintaining candidate talent pools and identifying candidate networking opportunities via a Linked in, social media platforms etcWorking closely with candidates at all stages of the recruitment process providing advice and guidance as and when required.Working closely with team members and to ensure we provide a professional / informative and knowledgeable approach to delivery in order maintain our commitment to ensuring a positive and collaborative candidate / client experience.

Daily Duties: -Providing proactive sourcing support aimed at AVP-Senior Director level roles across IT/Tech encompassing a wide variety of disciplines that were subject to change due to business demands and have included the following areas: -Java Specialists, SRE engineers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Global Cloud Engineering, UI designers, Senior Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Owners/managers, DevOps/DevSecops and Data Scientists.

Daily Duties: -Providing proactive sourcing strategies for Permanent Hires working across all areas of RSA encompassing IT/ Project & Programme Management, as well as roles outside of core Tech focus areas ie: Underwriting, Risk and Accountancy.Attending, advising, and managing all stages of the hiring and recruitment process.

Daily Duties: -Leading and driving key IT recruitment campaigns across RMG’s digital transformation programmes. Recruiting into key focus areas Ie: Information/Cyber Security, Cloud/DevOps, Programme/Project Management and Test Mentoring 3 sourcing team members and providing guidance on activities based around core deliverables/KPI on a weekly basis Working closely with key business Stakeholders and Hiring Managers at all Levels in order to understand their individual priorities and teams’ dynamics etc.

Daily Duties:-Primary focus was recruiting across all areas of IT encompassing Digital, Analytics, Data Science, Cloud and Automation testing. Many of these opportunities were aligned with William Hill offices based in Leeds, London and Gibraltar. Providing candidate attraction strategies for roles across the UK, EMEA

Daily Duties:-Attracting high calibre Inside Sales Professionals from EMEA with specific language skills to be based at their state-of-the-art Dublin offices. Typically these roles are focusing on developing Microsoft Commercial Cloud business relationships and business across EMEA.

Daily Duties:-Attracting, engaging and retaining qualified EA’s and PA’s for all Open Hires based out of Fleet Street offices.
