About Peter Kohn
Peter Kohn is chair of Faruqi & Faruqi’s pharmaceutical litigation practice and co-chair of its antitrust practice. Peter tries cases. He has obtained awards for his clients as high as $750 million. He is a 1992 graduate of Temple University Law School (cum laude), and received his B.A. (English) from the University of Pennsylvania in 1989 (sine laude). He has regularly been chosen by his peers as a “SuperLawyer” in Pennsylvania since 2009. Peter is a member of the bars of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second, Third, Sixth, Ninth, and Federal Circuits, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Eastern District of Michigan.He lives in Center City Philadelphia with his wife and their two sons.
