Adding production machines and stations to the Manufacturing execution system → setting, evaluating KPIs, indicators (OEE, JPH, MTTR, MTBF...). Responsibility for plant MES system. Preparation reporting from MES system. Implementation of error controls in production lines, machines that are under the supervision of MES. FMEA instructor - employee training.

Launch, preparation, implementation of End of Lines for the BMW & Stellantis customer (7-speed double clutch transmission). Analysis of measurement systems, PPAP implementation, process documentation. NVH (Discom) implementation for new End of Line, analysis of NVH measurement. Communication and problem solving with the EOL supplier.

Preparation, process implementation and control management at the EOL department ( Double-clutch transmissions): responsibility for EOL test & NVH (Reilhofer system). Introducing new specifications and process changes. Participation in the modifications on EOL. Solving errorproofing in cooperation with the development team. Participation in the preparation of special EOL tests.

Team management for team leaders and operators. Employee development in the aluminum case machining area. Management of TPM, participation in solving maintenance actions. Supervision of compliance with the production plan and key performance indicators.

Preparation, implementation of the process and control plans in the Case machining department. Launch of new housing type (clutch / transmission cases) - CNC machine programming, machining processoptimization, PPAP, FMEA, participation in the implementation of new ZEISS measurement programs.
