He is also pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration degree at Rutgers Business School, focusing on organizational management. With over 30 years of consulting and leadership experience, Peter has served leading institutions across North America and Asia Pacific. He has provided various services, including board consulting, CEO succession, talent management, senior leadership development, and executive search. He has also advised his clients on strategy development, post-merger integration, business transformation, and risk management.Peter’s mission is to help empower and enable organizations to navigate complex and dynamic markets and create a positive and lasting impact for stakeholders.
