Property Works, originated in 2009, is an organization active in North-Western Europe and consists of several business services (Cash & Carry’s, meeting centres and ICT), consisting of numerous business units (250 FTE). Implementation and execution of finance strategy.Responsible for (setting-up) finance department of 10 employees.Achievements:Responsible for “implementation” of joint venture with Van Remoortel in Belgium: preparation of agreements, implementation of reporting and monitoring function; Responsible for implementation of BI-tool (Qlik-sense);Responsible for acquisition TICA Aalsmeer: acquisition finance, due diligence and preparation of share purchase agreement;Assist and guiding of acquisition and sale of (foreign) companies;Establish and set up of finance function and planning & control cycle from the start-up of the company: budget, monthly reporting, annual accounts and detailed cash flow forecasts;Setup and monitoring legal and tax structure of the group.

Interim assignment within NXP Semiconductors at the corporate reporting department. Involved in preparation of several analyses and reports for Board of Directors and private equity funds.Several consultancy assignments in non-profit sector: amongst others analysis and implementation of health care finance.

TCN Responsible for set up and professionalizing of Dutch finance department of approx. 20 employees. This concerned the transition of a department with a focus of accounting to a professional finance department.Responsible for implementation and execution of planning and control cycle: quarterly management reporting, external reporting, consolidation of (foreign) entities (in total more than hundred) and implementation and monitoring of tax structure. Focus on internal improvement and change processes.
