No matter what technology I'm using, I strive to build products that people love to use.I've given developer workshops, product presentations, and mentoring. I've built responsive, modern websites, both on the frontend and backend. I've built iOS applications, some open-source -- and even a couple of Android ones. At one point, I gave a TEDx talk. In addition, I've been closely involved with open source for the past seven years. I've made small contributions and large impactful changes, such as accessibility improvements to Firefox for iOS, architecture suggestions for Google SignIn, and the mobile site implementation for Homebrew. I led development on HackathonManager, an event management platform used by college hackathons, and built the BrickHack iOS app for one of the largest collegiate hackathons in the northeast US.On top of of that, I write orchestral scores that explore the boundaries of tonality and timbre, and develop algorithms to compose music.
