Started as a manager and a team leader of a team consisting of eight team members. The Release Test Team is a Quality Engineering team focusing on RHEL Installer, Bootloaders and RHEL Compose testing.This role includes being both a people manager and a team leader, handling staffing, performance and development, planning, prioritization, driving initiatives and projects within the team.After a year in a role I took over other part of the team with 3 more engineers focusing on the Image Builder and Cockpit.Over the last year we've hired two more associates. One has joined the Image Builder subteam and the other is working with Cloud deployment.
