Senior Brand Manager
Current- responsible for all aspects of brand distribution, presentation and profitable growth- creation and execution of marketing plans and campaigns in line with global strategy- negotiating trade terms and conditions with suppliers and retailers- building distribution, responsible for key accounts (retailers dm-drogeriemarkt, FAnn perfumeries, TETA drogerie, 101 drogerie, TESCO) and othet new sales opportunities- planning and execution of promotions and trade activities (key accounts co-promotions, price reductions, gifts with purchase, incentive programmes, beauty consultants)- communication with brand supplier/producer- managing team of sales representatives - responsible for forecasting, planning, reporting, price positioning, budget and stock optimalisation- media strategy (print, digital, social media, outdoor) in cooperation with PR department- communication with media agencies (Leo Burnett, Saatchi&Saatchi)- other activities (trade shows – Interbeauty Bratislava, Beauty Forum Trenčín, fashions shows, charity projects, sponsorships)- controlling of in-store presentation and merchandising rules- market research, monitoring activities of competitionBrands Experience:Fragrances TRUSSARDI, LAURA BIAGIOTTILife Style Fragrances STR8, C-THRU, B.U.Skin&Body Care ALMA K, TEAOLOGY, OLAYColour Cosmetics REVLON, MAX FACTORNail Care MAVALA
