I founded and run Commander Replay, a Youtube channel with 10,000+ active subscribers. I've grown the brand using Twitter, Youtube, and Patreon and have produced over 600 gameplay videos playing over 400 different decks. My goal is to create fun and engaging gaming content to educate Magic the Gathering (MTG) Commander players. I manage the Commander Replay brand and handle all oversight, from cash flow, revenues, and accounting to how to build and grow the channel and the brand through multi-platform marketing.As part of Commander Replay, I run a successful Patreon where I mentor MTG players and provide formal deck reviews working to balance mana curve, ramp, removal, and the overall fun for the group. I have an in-depth understanding of Commander mechanics and apply that to helping individuals build decks that meet their goals. I also maintain a thriving Discord community interacting daily with users.

Cohosted a monthly podcast focused on timely, topical mechanical reviews of Commander products. We discussed strategy, deck-building, and piloting for optimized Commander play.

I'm experienced with agile methodology, rally project management software, scrum, grooming sessions, Qlik reporting tools, and guidewire. In this role, I created, delivered and analyzed SQL queries on behalf of business units. This involved continuously coordinating with underwriting to ensure accurate representation in all development meetings. I created user stories and acceptance criteria based on business requirements and entered them into the software development life cycle. I performed & facilitated user acceptance testing and accepted user stories on behalf of business units or facilitated testing for approved individuals to complete acceptance. I prioritized backlog of user stories and defects and promoted work items into scheduled releases based on business necessity. I generated and presented release notes to underwriting department to ensure awareness of new features and bug fixes.

I managed the User Acceptance Testing lab during the development of the Guidewire Claims Center implementation process and received a high performance award for my contributions. I developed test cases for manual and automated testing, analyzed business and technical requirements for accuracy, and executed test cases against legacy applications and the Guidewire application suite. I used critical thinking to intentionally expose defects within the code and collaborated with business analysts, developers, and project managers during daily scrum and grooming sessions.
