Former educator with GPS Education Partners and the James E. Dottke Alternative School in West Allis, WisconsinKraker, who grew up in the world of sports, was a collegiate athlete who who later spent just enough time at the next level to realize that maybe it was a good thing he’d acquired his degree in education. Almost 40 years later, now retired from a career spent designing alternative schools, teaching and coaching, he invades the literary world with his first book, Once There Was A Cowboy, a tale woven from strands of his background as an athlete, educator and follower of Jesus.
