Adding to his credentials, Mr. Kravitz has an extensive "big firm" background. He was a partner in an AmLaw 100 law firm, has an AV (preeminent) rating, has been recognized on multiple occasions as a "Super Lawyer", has been repeatedly nominated for the M&A Deal of the Year, was a finalist for the M&A Deal Professional of the Year and was named to LawDragon’s 2020 Global Restructuring Advisors and Consultants Guide.
