Mr. Kravitz has an extensive resume of engagements, many of which involve notable brands like Circuit City, RESCAP, Fleetwood, Radio Shack, Aegean Marine Petroleum Network, Samson Resources, PetSmart, Core Media, Sable Permian, BoardRiders, Philadelphia Energy Solutions, Intelsat, Claire’s and Washington Prime Group, among others. His pragmatic, solution-based approach allows him to drive value and deliver results regardless of case size or industry. Adding to his credentials, Mr. Kravitz has an extensive "big firm" background. He was a partner in an AmLaw 100 law firm, has an AV (preeminent) rating, has been recognized on multiple occasions as a "Super Lawyer", has been repeatedly nominated for the M&A Deal of the Year, was a finalist for the M&A Deal Professional of the Year and was named to LawDragon’s 2020 Global Restructuring Advisors and Consultants Guide. Furthermore, his extensive business background also includes his role as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the then largest privately held RV dealership group. In this role, Peter oversaw more than 425 employees and an annual revenue of over 400 million, all while managing the company’s downsizing (and survival) as a result of the 2009 lack of consumer credit and plague of RV manufacturing bankruptcies.
