Current➤ Leading medium- and long-term planning, objective setting, interpreting policies, and developing new procedures➤ Managing all activities of the software development group including setting team goals to complete projects on time➤ Identifying, assessing, and resolving complex business problems and providing alternative scenarios and solutions.➤ Developing, providing, and implementing innovative business-focused solutions within time and cost constraints.➤ Managing key internal/external client relationships while overseeing the operational direction of complex, large projects.➤ Ensuring client satisfaction against service level agreements and achieving KPIs and critical project milestones.➤ Fulfilling contractual obligations and completion of deliverables while promoting continuous improvement programs.➤ Leading and managing a team of over 40 associates in technology vertical, software development, and tech support.➤ Managing consistent application of HR processes including staff career development and performance management.➤ Providing guidance to encourage work productivity and ensuring completion of deliverables according to specifications.➤ Ensuring appropriate procedures and processes are followed for full software life cycle development projects.➤ Resolving performance issues and making revisions when necessary and participating in design control activities.➤ Implementing design plans, analyzing software requirements, testing/debugging applications, and reviewing unit tests.➤ Responding to RFQs/RFPs, monitoring the status of developing software, and documenting development activities.➤ Writing, reviewing, and revising product requirements or specifications and providing technical support and training.
