As a legal advisor in the Danish Air Materiel Command of the Royal Danish Air Force I fo-cused on large public procurement projects. Among these projects were the procurement of 14 new military helicopters to be used for international Tactical Troup Transport mis-sions and Search and Rescue within the Danish territory. To support the daily operation of these helicopters I also procured various logistic elements such as towing tractors and ser-vicing platforms. I was furthermore the legal advisor in a project concerning the outsourc-ing of all maintenance on the helicopter fleet operated by the Danish Defence. An integral part of my position as a legal advisor was travelling to and contract negotiations with sup-pliers and economic operators.
