I have over twenty years of investigative experience, to include organized crime, foreign counter-intelligence, general criminal matters, white collar crime, terrorism, and civil litigation matters. I also provided legal counsel and training to office management, investigative personnel, and support staff. I served as Ethics Advisor, Compliance and Privacy Control Officer, Primary Media Representative, and Program Manager in the Asset Forfeiture/Moneylaundering area. Extensive experience with statutory provisions included the Federal Rules of Criminal and Civil Procedure, the Patriot Act, Freedom of Information/Privacy Act, and The Right to Financial Privacy Act. Private sector experience includes providing consulting services in the computer security area.
