At the moment, I am advancing the marketing of the company KRAEMER in Rastede. Here I look after the entire portfolio as a "lone wolf". From website and CI to trade fairs, business cards and give-aways. Directly before that I was responsible as a trainer for the company Binder to explain the environmental simulation cabinets of the company to sales, technical sales and technicians in such a way that it was easy for them to recognize the advantages and to carry them further. The training took place both in person and web-based. In addition, I have gained experience in my previous working life as a product manager - and here as the manager of 3 employees, some of whom are based abroad (Technical Sales). As sole product manager I was responsible for everything concerning my products. Here I gained in-depth experience with the sales of chemical products requiring explanation. Due to my talent for grasping technical issues extremely quickly, I also trained "maintenance engineers" (technicians). During my time as a development engineer, I increased - as part of a team - the efficiency of solar cells at Sunways by 0.5%. This was a huge leap for this industry. Due to my nature and manner, I always got along very well with my colleagues and never really needed to exert (noticeable) pressure to achieve my goals. As a product manager, this is a quality, along with organizational skills, that makes the job a lot easier. I like to set myself (realistic goals) and then usually achieve them.
