這是一個把以往租房過程中，"房東報價和房客出價" 這個步驟，透明和機制化來幫助房客和房東達到雙贏的一個房租議價平台，你可以把我們想像成租屋版的ebay或者Yahooq拍賣。 創辦人年輕租屋時，常遇到喜歡的物件一下就被搶走了。 現在招租時也常發生第二組看房的房客比較好，可惜已經答應上一組了。 深深覺得現有傳統的方式缺乏效和有失公平。想透過這新創的服務讓想住得好的房客們有公平競爭的機會，也希望可以藉此獎勵用心經營的優質好房東們，進而影響其他房東可以優化擁有的物件和友善的對待房客們。
