Peter Brechan has for years primarely worked with financial issues, but have extensive experience from corporate governance and ESG, support to M&A transactions, and as chair/director in Norwegian companies and Norwegian subsidiaries of international groups. Board-work experience has typically been ralted to companies subject to restructuring, under active development or within the financial sector. Much work has been related to strategic issues, internal routines for compliance and risk, as well as international integration.
