As a Chief Engineer at Navistar, I led the product development and engineering management of vocational trucks for over 20 years. I have an MBA from Urbana University and a BSME from Ohio University, as well as extensive training in Siemens NX and configuration management.My mission was to deliver customer-specific engineering solutions that met the highest standards of quality, performance, and safety. I worked with cross-functional teams, production plants, and external partners to ensure the successful launch and delivery of multiple truck models and variants. I also fostered a culture of innovation, collaboration, and creativity among my team members and colleagues.
