After many years of running restaurant kitchens and wine Programs I started Plpwines a consulting company to assist restaurateurs with Menu design, wine programs and the over -all very challenging day to day operations of your restaurant.My services touch every area of the business from cost control, kitchen design, menu and wine list writing as well as recipes, kitchen staff training and team building.Now in business for over 10 years my expertise has doubled the business of over twenty Restaurants both independently owned and Major Hotel Venues.
