Additionally working with stakeholders and cohorts within the private sector and the public to create ways to reduce the timeline associated with completing retrofits while reducing the cost through leveraging economies of scale.

Developed concept to combine forward thinking design with off-site construction. Designs were represented and won national awards for first of it’s kind modern prefab residential series of homes. Also fabricated the first of it's kind prefab building for public space designed by the Rockwell Group for NYC Parks Department.

Was retained by majority shareholder of the company to become acting CEO to explore exit strategies. Company was subsequently sold to national modular company.

Assisted with the development of the intellectual property rights and content development practice area. Also helped develop the business development group and outreach effort.
