Our mission is to decriminalize the possession for personal use of any drug or substance in the State of Massachusetts.We believe that:substance USE is not necessarily a problem,substance ABUSE is a public health problem, not a law enforcement problem,people who abuse substances need access to medical services and addiction treatment, not incarceration,‍controlled substances such as Psilocybin, MDMA, Ibogaine, and Ayahuasca can be beneficial for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health challenges, as well as for mitigating substance addiction,‍we the people, not the State, have sovereignty in choosing what substances to use for healing and wellness as long as our actions do not injure others,the War on Drugs continues to destroy lives and decimate communities by needlessly incarcerating individuals and allowing criminal cartels to flourish.

Helped with anything that needed to be done - created and optimized playbook for tabling, organized and hosted a number of tabling events to gather petition signatures, improved the organization branding, created new website with core functionality, analytics, and cross/back-linking, engaged with city councilors across target cities to discuss decriminalization, volunteered for councilors in favor of decriminalizing, engaged trend-setters to promote BSNM.

Helped create the POC capabilities, experiments, hypotheses validations, and engineering roadmap for a set of new products related to financing Wayfair suppliers.

Led a team of 30 software engineers in developing the Wayfair-internal and supplier-visible tools and capabilities related to warehouse replenishment and positioning in order to improve availability, in-stock, and one-day and two-day coverage.

Led several teams of software engineers developing tools and capabilities for making it easier for suppliers to enter and manage their products in the Wayfair system.

Led a team of software engineers in developing, enhancing, and supporting the live deployments of Intune web sites and services.

Led a team of developers in supporting, updating and implementing new functionality in several existing products - Application Virtualization (App-V), Advanced Group Policy Management (AGPM), Desktop and Recovery Toolkit (DaRT), Server App-V (SAV), and Microsoft Enterprise Desktop Virtualization (MED-V).

Led the Application Virtualization server team of full-time employees and interns to automate and test the server products – Management, Publishing, and Reporting servers – based on Hyper-V, IIS, WCF, SQL, and .Net.

Defined and executed the plan for achieving consistent accessibility in Windows 7 (as a virtual lead for thousands of Program Managers and developers), and shipped Windows 7 as the most accessible release of Windows ever.

Led the SDET team responsible for ensuring the end-to-end functionality of the Windows Network Connected Devices (NCD) products – Universal PnP, Web Services for Devices, PnP-X. Led the infrastructure team in support of the test automation and execution for the entire Connectivity Product Unit (CPU) organization.

Owned a number of Windows Media component and features shipped with the high quality by contributing to feature design, implementing automated test cases and tools, testing manually as needed, filing bug reports, triaging bugs, investigating customer problems, triage decisions, and troubleshooting customer deployment issues.

Developed features and UI-s in C++ and FoxPro for a dental CRM solution.
