Tasked with creating the UK business from the bottom up. Within this I manage and develop Kimree UK’s trade marketing strategy to create and improve the business’ competitive position across the supply and distributive channels. As this is creating a business from day one, I have developed a portfolio of strategically important partners and accounts including the development and execution of account plans to deliver distribution, availability, market share and other objectives in line with the marketing and promotion plan whilst ensuring I effectively manage financial and human resources by creating a fieldforce and directing its roll out.
