Hired and trained over 40 staff on the asset class and the Investran partnership accounting application. Selected Achievement:• On boarded and managed the operations of 8 private equity fund families with committed capital of over US$8 billion.

Brought in to review and develop a new operating model to maximize the synergies across 3 distinct business lines, reporting directly to the CEO. Charged with creating a transformational plan to find new ways to generate revenue and increase operating margin. Planned, scheduled and managed all activities related to the successful implementation of the Investran partnership accounting application. Selected Achievement: • Managed the selection and implementation of a partnership accounting system (Investran), which spanned over 4 different jurisdictions, and managed the project budget in excess of ₤2m per annum.
