Reconciled Argus models to lease abstracts and rent rolls, reconciled owner's budgets to Argus cash flows and provided opinion on strategies to avoid bankruptcy and recapitalizing the portfolio. Resulted in a planned process of divestiture of assets that avoided bankruptcy.* Managed due diligence process on various retail shopping center transactions, including power centers and regional malls, ranging from $75 million to over $750 million.* Performed a qualified bid process for a redevelopment site in Manhattan that included contacting potential bidders, conducting site tours and finalizing the bid process, resulting in a $90+ million contract.* Completed underwriting process for seven low income housing tax credit (LIHTC) apartment complexes located in throughout the United States for General Electric and reported finding to the General Electric loan committee.* Led a research team in analyzing the assets of a national homebuilder that was in a restructuring process. Completed an onsite review of approximately 80 subdivisions and completed a "fact base" report on the current inventory, position as compared to market comparables and inventory reduction methods.* Performed highest and best use study and valuation of several hospital properties to determine potential uses upon closure.* Performed analysis of major metropolitan school system and its maintenance and operations function for program to decrease expenditures and increase efficiencies.
