With 35 years experience in the Construction Industry in increasingly senior roles, Pete has extensive knowledge from working in Building Construction and Infrastructure, in the UK and internationally, across a broad spectrum of sectors including Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Offices, Retail, Defence, Manufacturing / Process, Residential, Energy and Rail. Pete has work winning and project delivery experience on a range of projects from small specialist installations to complex schemes upto £500m in value. He has experience across many public / private procurement routes including PFI, Construction Management, Management Contracting, more traditional forms such as NEC & JCT D&B and also one - off bespoke arrangements.
