• Managing all day-to-day aspects of the business across food, drink and entertainment including staffing, training, rostering, purchasing, managing budgets and delivering profitability• Keep staff customer service focused, ensuring quality standards and procedures are fully implemented and regularly reviewed throughout the complex, and that all customer feedback is used to ensure continual improvement and development• Promote and contribute to a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect, dignity and demonstrate effective communication to all staff• Liaise with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop monthly sales strategies, review competitor activity and promote the business with existing clients and develop relationships to enhance every revenue opportunity• Overseeing the opening and closing procedures of the venue, including cash and till reconciliations, stock control and rotation and other key holder duties, and also training and delegating these duties to other senior staff• Attend regular senior management meetings and holding staff meetings with the teams on the ground• Liaising with the HR department in relation to any employee and / or recruitment needs ensuring all company procedures and policies are strictly observed and adhered to• To liaise with and utilise the support of suppliers and other external contacts as appropriate• To ensure an effective and safe working environment is maintained in compliance with appropriate legislation, such as Licensing Laws, Health, Safety, Fire, Hygiene, Security and other statutory requirements• To support the management and team of Clubland and Teen Attitude as and when required
