I am now involved in working very closely with our National Assessing Manager to take on some of our day to day running within the assessing side of Hello Claims to allow the National Manager to focus more on new ideas and targets to continue to strive and delivery industry-leading Insurance Claim solutions for the motor industry. The role includes allocations of assessments Australia wide, dealing one on one with Insurers to solve any concerns, working one on one with our assessors to continue to drive for excellence within our team. I also do spot cost auditing to help in our constant and continued effort to continue Hello Claims to be considered the Industry leader. As part of my new role, I will still be working with all parties involved in the insurance industry to work out the best possible outcome for the insured and insurance companies by using the latest technologies available including but not limited to live streaming, digital images and on-site assessments. Hello Claims offer a full end to end service for all insurance claims. All of our management team are still involved with the front line duties within Hello Claims so we can all stay abreast of any industry changes and shifts and as such I will continue with doing assessments daily and the general role of all things that relate to being an assessor.

I am a fully qualified Panel beater with 27 years experience in the motor vehicle trade including 5 years specialising in automotive plastics .Whilst working in the smash repair industry for 27 years I have also gain a very useful skillset as a spray painter which has giving me the ability to fully understand all facets of the smash repair industry. I have been involved from the very bottom as Tow truck driver all the way through to a being the general manager of a company. Over the 27 years I have also gain much knowledge in vehicle mechanics and understand the passion that people have for the pride and joy.

Full management of all aspects of the business from estimating, office work, customer service, sales, dealing with work flow and insurance companies and everything in between. Looking at financials to develop and implement growth plans and strategies to help shape the company for a successful future. The daily running of the business, including Estimating, ordering of parts, organising staff, dealing with staff and or customer conflict, Answer phones, drive a tow truck, Panel beat and Paint, Train apprentice, Develop and implement work flow stratagies, Monitor OHS and implement and changes needed, Continually attend update courses for any new equipement or repair procedures so that we stay up to date with all current laws that effect our industry and detail cars.

whilst at the Plantation Hotel I was responceable for all other security staff ( a roster of 8 ) and the over seeing of all matters relating to saftey of patrons to the eviction of intoxicated people. I also ran and controlled 1 of the bar areas in the club. I had to do interior and exterior checks and fill out any shift or police reports on an matter that happened under my shift. I also had to keep an eye on stock levels and do restocking of fridges.

At Coffs Bumpers I was in charge of quaility of all plastic repairs and there paint finishes. I was also responcable for filling orders, answering the phohes, training of other staff and direct point of contact for customers and business owner.
