    I am now involved in working very closely with our National Assessing Manager to take on some of our day to day running within the assessing side of Hello Claims to allow the National Manager to focus more on new ideas and targets to continue to strive and delivery industry-leading Insurance Claim solutions for the motor industry. The role includes allocations of assessments Australia wide, dealing one on one with Insurers to solve any concerns, working one on one with our assessors to continue to drive for excellence within our team. I also do spot cost auditing to help in our constant and continued effort to continue Hello Claims to be considered the Industry leader. As part of my new role, I will still be working with all parties involved in the insurance industry to work out the best possible outcome for the insured and insurance companies by using the latest technologies available including but not limited to live streaming, digital images and on-site assessments. Hello Claims offer a full end to end service for all insurance claims. All of our management team are still involved with the front line duties within Hello Claims so we can all stay abreast of any industry changes and shifts and as such I will continue with doing assessments daily and the general role of all things that relate to being an assessor.
