Boutique Real Estate Brokerage which I helped get off the ground, specializing in the South Florida market.I was the Corporate Brokerage Manager, as I administered all aspects of the company for the broker of record.

Property investment company formed in order to purchase, renovate, and sell homes in the Greater Pittsburgh region... Unfortunately, my business partner (the "BM" in PLBM) has soured our relationship due to his gross mismanagement of funds, and he fleeced our holding company for an undisclosed sum of money - therefore we have divested in the real estate asset and no longer will be pursuing other projects together. The venture turned a profit nevertheless, although it was substantially less than anticipated on my end, and my former business partner made out very well at my expense. Lesson learned...time to move on! ;) Update: My former business partner is currently in jail, though it had absolutely nothing to do with me... even though I should have sued him too! He fleeced multiple other people out of hundreds of thousands of dollars on unrelated projects, and they chose to press serious charges against him -- Karma, I guess. ;)

Developer and builder of multi-million dollar spec homes which are unparalleled in South Florida's luxury real estate market. During my involvement over the course of fourteen months, I personally sold over $10.25 million worth of luxury properties at a time when the country was in lockdown due to the pandemic. On a day-to-day basis, I routinely met with buyers, and participated in all aspects of the ongoing development projects; from daily jobsite meetings, to product and material sourcing, construction management, inspector oversight, architect and designer collaboration, and the graphic design and marketing of each property, as well as prospecting and analyzing future development sites. I filled multiple roles for the company as needed.

Pittsburgh's premiere luxury Champagne & Tapas Lounge, which I concepted and owned alongside a group of prestigious investors. I oversaw the construction and implementation from concept to reality, and managed the immensely successful day-to-day operations over the course of seven years until divestiture.

Oversaw initial construction, responsible for implementation of concept, staff training, menu development, costing, ordering, and running day to day operations.

Organic and plant based food truck, which I concepted as a healthy alternative to fast food. I personally worked on the renovation of the truck, as well as conceptualized the logo, menu, and layout of equipment and electrical/plumbing specifications, since it was being built from scratch.I also lobbied and co-wrote Pittsburgh's Food Truck Laws, as the city had not had any laws conducive to mobile food operations. The truck was purchased, retrofitted with a state of the art kitchen, and eventually sold to another restaurateur.

Responsible for maintaining wine inventory of over 50 Italian wines, and over 30 Italian liquors. In charge of interviewing and hiring applicants, and maintaining a professional staff. Incessantly conformed to the standards of the “Verace Pizza Napoletana” guidelines, as stipulated by the organization in Naples, Italy. Strove to improve every facet of day to day operations. Led employees with a positive attitude and boosted morale on a daily basis.

Responsible for the successful marrying of all components of the multi-venueoperation; including but not limited to: Staffing, Payroll, Accounting,Ordering/Procurement, Inventory, Maintenance, Policy Setting, andScheduling. Assisted the Event Manager and Marketing Director with thecoordinating of banquets, catering and other functions. Also partly responsiblefor hiring and scheduling live bands, disc jockeys and other performers, as well as overseeing Sound Engineering.

Drafted initial business plan, and assisted in obtaining financing from the SBA.Compiled demographics study, and advised on the site selection.Implemented entire concept to fruition, and hired staff and acted as interim General Manager until a suitable replacement was found and personally trained.Continually consulted on all aspects of the business until the proprietor had afirm grasp on the restaurant and bar business.

Initially employed as Waiter/Cashier for what was then my family's business -- learned and performed each job in the establishment over the course of the first 4 years. Promoted to AssistantShift Manager and subsequently, advanced to Head Night Manager. Gained an invaluable education and decided to pursue Management as a field of study in college and as a career.
