Peter is driven by his desire to see businesses grow, and people's lives transformed as a result. He currently works as Head of Operations within Mars Hill Capital, a specialist business turnaround firm. Prior to this he worked as an engineering consultant in a major international engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) company. Thereafter he took on a role in one of South Africa’s leading Enterprise and Supplier Development (E&SD) consultancies where he was involved with the growth of small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in an advisory capacity. He then joined Maneli Foods and helped them start-up and grow a successful operation that supplies premium pet treats to customers around the world. After a hiatus to focus on his health, he returned to the market to supply business strategy and operations consulting services to various companies.
