I have developed a successful business plan in the buying and selling of exclusive sneakers, video games, and other consumer products. By creating a tight network of associates, I am able to buy the limited products at retail price and then market my products through consumer outlets including online sneaker-dedicated selling platforms, such as the Goat mobile app, and social media.

I was hired as an operations intern to assist Legacy’s New Business Manager, Kelly, in daily activities that allow financial advisors to get in the field and produce. After handling the day-to-day administrative tasks, I was able to take on value-creating projects including the creation of two separate Microsoft Access databases for internal reporting. Towards the end of my time at Legacy, I was enabled to investigate and evaluate the value-added impact of several advisor manager portfolios over portfolios managed by an external portfolio management company. I conducted interviews, computed various financial models and presented my findings to senior management, which rounded out my learning what it means to be a financial advisor.

As I worked towards earning my Property & Casualty insurance license, I shadowed two insurance agents at First Professional Brokerage and assisted with administrative tasks. In this entrepreneurial work environment, I was able to forecast the profitability of an in-house premium financing program with various financial and sensitivity analysis to support my final recommendation. Later in the summer, I created the daily operations plan and marketing materials for an internal start-up that facilitates hassle-free home, renter’s, and auto insurance quotes for Bucks County residents.

Key responsibilities included resolving various apartment, utility, and cable billing issues. I sharpened my customer service skills while assisting residents in resolving maintenance and amenity related issues. I served as the primary reviewer in an audit process to support future sale of property.
