As a Disaster Finance Compliance Volunteer, I uphold financial integrity within the National Headquarters Corporate Finance team. Working remotely, I review and analyze financial assistance transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies. Thorough case sampling and meticulous documentation review help identify exceptions and mitigate risks. I ensure accurate and compliant financial aid for disaster-affected individuals and communities. Collaborating with the Corporate Finance team, I deliver tasks on time to maintain seamless operations. As a dedicated volunteer in the RC Care system, I prioritize financial control, forfeiting additional roles.

As a counselor, my responsibilities included supervising and leading groups of up to 40 campers, planning and executing engaging activities, and teaching important values such as teamwork, leadership, and responsibility. I also had the opportunity to act as a mentor and counselor, helping individual campers develop new skills and navigate challenges such as self-discipline and following camp rules.Outside of working directly with campers, I also contributed to marketing efforts by preparing brochures to welcome new and prospective campers. This was a great opportunity to work with a team and make sure that everyone who came to our camp had a positive and memorable experience.
