Peter has worked with highly diverse teams under high pressure situations. He helped clients prepare for critical incidents and defining moments in major consolidations, mergers, divestitures, enterprise software implementations, and downsizing efforts.Semi-retired however available to bring extensive change initiative experience to business projects and the personal coaching of key players / project teams.For almost 25 years Peter has worked primarily in the Life Sciences / Medical Services sectors dedicated to helping three of the leading players in the marketplace (Fresenius Medical Care, Sanofi Aventis & Novartis) to mobilize and build global teams, managing the people & organizational transitions to common core processes, tools and procedures required for effective cross functional working.Peter has specialized in setting up, implementing and sustaining change management disciplines into both project and operational line management environments. He has integrated change management practices (PROSCI) with with standard project management approaches (PRINCE) to develop an innovative people centric approach to project management which is now tested and proven through numerous deployments and realizes benefits.During his time with KPMG, Peter led the Change Management Practice in the UK. He developed a practical and structured change approach for the introduction of clinical / patient information systems. During that time he advised the world famous Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital in London on managing the complex organizational, social and political challenges involved in moving to a Clinical Information System based working and operating model.
