With approximately 10 years in Latin America and a Master's degree in International business and development from CBS in Copenhagen, Denmark, I knew I had to make the two things come together. This resulted in the establishment of ExpoNordic, whose objective is to design and implement, cost effective business strategies for European companies in South America. This naturally requires the ability to acquire and deliver reliable up-to-date information on business sector development and market information. Since I launched Expo Nordic 3 years ago, it has been my only professional focus. It has been a very turbulent endeavor with hardships and highs, all of, which has been very educational. It has given me an extensive local knowledge and a solid business network which enables me to decipher cultural codes and to navegate through bureaucratic challenges.Through my daily work in Expo Nordic I have enhanced my skills within different fields such as:• Customer and stakeholder dialogue • Problem-solving • Competitive analysis• Marketing• Market entry strategy• Product launch and positioning• Import/Export (to name a few)
