Account General Manager for end-to-end services for Application and Infrastructure Services with Profit and Loss responsibility. Sales and account plan with effective execution and coverage of ‘C’ level relationships. Consultative sales engagement including partnering and running client workshops for Business Alignment, Demand Management, Cognitive and Analytic solutions for the Banking sector including Agile and Design Thinking workshops.· Manager of all Project Executives and Delivery Project Executives in IBM Hong Kong for Strategic Outsourcing Clients.· Provide mentorship, management support and guidance to other Project Executives and Delivery Project Executives.· Account Manager responsible for governance, service delivery quality and cadence and KPI owner managing the total outsourcing contract for end-to-end services including Application Managed Services (GBS) and Infrastructure Services (GTS).· To collaborate and work closely with regional teams for alignment with different Line of Businesses, the partner’s various stakeholders and IBM’s internal matrix organization.· Development of sales and account plan with effective execution and coverage of ‘C’ level relationships.· Lead the IBM team with responsibilities to motivate, integrate and orchestrate the account organization to deliver end-to-end value of IBM's full set of products and services to the client.· To collaborate and work closely with regional teams for alignment with different Line of Businesses, the partner’s various stakeholders and IBM’s internal matrix organization.
