CurrentI manage, maintain, and enhance Business Contingency and Disaster Recovery solutions at alternative sites. Perform Risk Assessment and Business Impact Analyst. To ensure that all plans comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. My responsibilities including conduct, develop, and deliver training programs for staff on disaster recovery protocols, responsibilities, and maturing standard requirements. Call Tree Exercises, document reviews, updates, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate and oversee disaster recovery testing exercises. I also facilitate tabletop exercises with management and executives. Provide regular reports to leadership on the status of disaster recovery readiness, including performance metrics, gaps, and recommendations for improvement. My role is under the Security Department, where I support Industrial, Government, Financial, and internal audits throughout the year. Additionally, I serve as a Key Manager, overseeing Key Management and performing Key Ceremonies to update keys for over 20 clients in the Financial and Government sectors.
