As the Student Program Coordinator at Mayfield Education, it was my responsibility to ensure the smooth running and coordination of multiple aspects of our students’ journey at Mayfield Education. This included coordinating placements for a case load of up to 200 students per intake, student admissions and pre-course testing, running of BSB Training Sessions (Business and Leadership Units) as part of multiple qualifications offered at Mayfield Education and also LLN and Foundation Skills Training. This involved working with multiple teams within Mayfield Education and coordinating with them on a daily basis to track to progress and progression of our students and would involve consulting with the Director of Education, our student services team, administration team, finance team and each disciplines course coordinator (Nursing, Peri-operative, Sterilisation and Allied health). I regularly consulted with host facilities to source and secure regular clinical placements for our students. Due to the nature of this business, I always had to work to deadlines and I was regularly working on more than one project at a time, which involved having to closely track and monitor my work and ensure that I had excellent contingency plans in place in case of any deferral, facility closure or unexpected outbreak. I also worked closely with the Director of Education in regards to change management and implementing change within the work place and serval of my business proposals were actually implemented at Mayfield Education during my time there which greatly helped the business as a whole to become less time stressed and more profitable.

At Franklyn Scholar we try to stand out from the crowd and make learning social, fun and rewarding. Franklyn Scholar is also on the front foot moving into the e-learning space, so as well as working as a Trainer and Assessor, I'm also a developer for Franklyn Scholar's new e-learning program.The learning I personally helped in delivering was suited towards Management, Marketing and Hospitality, I do this by drawing on my previous experience in numerous roles within those fields.
