Cornwall National Landscape is governed by a Partnership of 20 organisations. The main role of the Partnership is to collaboratively deliver the Cornwall National Landscape (AONB) Management Plan. The Partnership also has an advisory role, providing advice to Cornwall Council and other organisations on issues such as planning and project development.

It supports museum practice that places wellbeing within an environmental and future-facing frame, rethinking the role that museums can play in creating more resilient people, places and planet.

Cornwall is rapidly becoming known as a centre for excellence in clean growth and is at the forefront of tackling Climate Change.Cornwall Council declared a climate emergency in January 2019 and has subsequently published its emerging Climate Change action plan. The plan outlines how we will reduce carbon emissions and work toward becoming carbon neutral by 2030 providing a roadmap for carbon neutrality a full twenty years ahead of the Government’s target of 2050.Proposals to be developed include planting carbon-absorbing woodlands across the Duchy, powering all new homes in Cornwall with alternative energy sources under a planning shake-up and making energy efficiency improvements to existing Council- owned homes.

The Oxford Food Surplus Café aims to help redress the imbalance in our food system by reclaiming surplus food and transforming it into delicious healthy meals accessible to all. Using the pay as you feel system, customers are able to contribute either what they can afford or what they think the food, space and idea are worth.

Building capacity by developing relationships with external organisations to support national community action on climate change. Responsible for improving diversity and access within community groups and addressing social cohesion.
